Pre-Booking & Design
2+ WEEKS OUT:
Once we review your event details, we'll send over an estimate and any initial ideas or questions.
APPROVAL
2 WEEKS OUT:
When the design and budget are approved, we have our farmers reserve the botanicals, we schedule our production, and finalize any remaining details.
Any changes made to the order after this date will incur a rush fee.
PRE-PRODUCTION
1-2 WEEKS OUT:
Designs are die-cut,
botanicals are ordered & prepped, and a first batch of cubes, or trial run, is produced over 3 days.
PRODUCTION
1 WEEK OUT:
Disco Cubes are frozen over 3 consecutive days, using our proprietary multi-step freezing process.
POLISHING & DRYING
2 DAYS OUT:
Cubes are hand-polished, dried, bagged, and stored in the deep freezer overnight before delivery.
